This monthly workshop invites parents and children to explore and connect to your somatic experiences. Somatic, meaning “of the body,” refers to body-based sensations that arise through emotions or lived experiences. You and your child(ren) will learn how to recognize and be present with the physical sensations of activation and relaxation within your body and nervous system in order to be with, move with, and regulate emotions and experiences. Through guided practices, together, you will discover tools for being present with emotions and experiences, releasing tension, and restoring balance. Whether you're looking to manage stress, enhance your body awareness, or simply deepen your connection with your child, this session provides a supportive space for healing, resiliency, and shared presence.
